He also became President of two(2) of the biggest associations of licensed recruitment agencies in the Philippines: The Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI) and the Philippine Association of Manpower Agencies Accredited to Taiwan(PAMAAT).

His unselfish sharing of his expertise and analytical perception of the overseas employment industry makes him as the most sought after consultant and discussant both in government and industry meetings and dialogues.
